Established in 1988, Wards are experienced Chartered Surveyors, Estate Agents and Property Managers, providing a comprehensive range of property services. We are based in Hinckley, Leicestershire and serve the wider Midlands area.

Property management is a core discipline of the practice, with Wards proactively managing more than 400 residential and commercial tenancies across the Midlands.

We offer a comprehensive service for commercial property management, including rent collection, day-to-day tenant liaison, contractor management, service charge administration, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations.

Drawing on more than 35 years of experience, we provide practical, hands-on property management, dealing promptly with tenant issues and helping landlords maximise the performance of their investments.

We act for a diverse range of clients ranging from private investors with a single property through to owners of multi-let business parks, industrial estates and substantial investment portfolios.
