Wards have been carrying out block and estate management since 1989 and now proactively manage in excess of 80 developments across the wider Midlands. We are regularly appointed by Persimmon Homes and David Wilson Homes on new schemes.
RICS Valuations
Wards has a team of two RICS Registered Valuers who can provide detailed and fully reasoned RICS ‘Red Book’ valuations for a wide range of purposes.
Home Buyers Surveys
Wards can provide RICS Level 1 and Level 2 surveys for residential dwellings and condition reports for commercial premises.
