Christmas 2025 Opening Hours
Our offices are now closed for the Christmas period.
We will however be operating with reduced staffing levels between 9am and 12 noon on the 24th, 29th, 30th, 31st December 2025 and 2nd January 2026.
Our office will then re-open as normal on Monday 5th January 2026 at 9am.
For tenants of properties that we manage, in the event of an emergency situation only, please contact SmartFix on 07873 328 731. We would stress that this number is only to be used in an emergency, and you may be responsible for any bill received for non-urgent works.
Thank you for your co-operation and we wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from all at Wards.
